Call for Abstracts

Presentation topics
Authors are to select one topic from the following. Each presentation should cover the outcome of the author's original research.

Submission
Please submit the abstract via email at 2isbnvo@mediproduce.com by April 30 (Tue), 2024.
Requirements
- The abstract must be original and unpublished.
- Language: English
- Abstract title: maximum of 25 words
- Abstract text: maximum of 250 words
- Abstracts should be organized containing Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
- Charts, images, tables, and photographs are not accepted.
- All accepted abstracts will be published in the abstract book as it's submitted. Abstracts must be proofread carefully to avoid errors before submission.
- The Organizing Committee will decide the presentation format (oral/ poster) after careful peer review.
Conflict-of-interest disclosure
The details of COI declaration in the presentation slides/posters will be provided on the symposium website.
Notification of acceptance/rejection
Notification of acceptance/rejection will be sent to you via email by the end of April 2024. All correspondence including acceptance/rejection of abstracts, presentation format, date and time of presentation will be informed via email to the email address provided in the abstract submission form.
Abstract withdrawal
Please notify the Secretariat via email at 2isbnvo@mediproduce.com by May 31 (Fri), 2024 stating the title and number of the abstract to be withdrawn.
Registration to the symposium
All presenters are required to complete the registration by May 31 (Fri), 2024.
Attendance of presenters
All accepted abstracts not withdrawn before May 31 (Fri), 2024 must be presented by the author or their designee.
Format of the meeting

Policy on Handling of Personal Information
"Names" and "contact addresses" provided to us at the abstract submission and meeting registration shall be used for the purpose of contact from the secretariat, notification of acceptance or rejection, and any information related to the presentation. In addition, the "presenters' names," "affiliation names," "title" and "abstract text" shall be used for publication in the program/abstract book and on the website, but not for other purposes. The registration process for applications has been commissioned to the Symposium Secretariat c/o Mediproduce, Inc. in order to facilitate management operations.
