Abstract Submission Guidelines
How to write Abstract
- All abstract and presentations must be written by in English.
- The content of the abstract is solely the responsibility of the author, and any published articles will not be accepted.

In preparation of the abstract, please adopt the following structured format:
[Original Article] Objectives - Methods - Results - Conclusions
[Case Report] Objectives - Case Description - Conclusions - Please do not change the font type and please keep the font in its original setting.
- Please keep the form within one page.
- Do not include author information such as affiliation and title in the text of the abstract.
- All abbreviations must be defined at the first time they appear before being used as an abbreviation in the text.
- The title should not contain more than 100 characters and must be submitted in English
- The body of the abstract should not exceed more than 1600 characters and must be submitted in English.
- Abstracts should NOT contain references, figures, tables or diagrams.
- The content of the abstract is solely the responsibility of the author, and any published articles will not be accepted.
How to submit Abstracts

All abstracts must be submitted with the form below.
*It is authors' responsibility to review and proofread the submissions.
*Submitters are responsible for every typing error on the abstract. - Please do not submit multiple copies of the same abstract.
- Presenting authors are encouraged to submit their abstract.
- We recommend taking backups beforehand such as a draft as you will not be able to save your submitted forms regularly.
- Once you submit the abstract, you may not modify it, so please review and confirm your abstract before registering.
- If you re-register with the same title, please notify the original person of contact by e-mail that you have registered a new submission with the necessary modifications. This is for the person of contact to discard the previous submission and reprocess your new modified submission.
