GOIW2019へ参加登録された方も（本ページからのご登録）、眼炎症教育プログラムにご参加いただくことが可能です。日本語サイトからお申込みいただく必要はありません。

The registration fees for medical doctors / non-medical doctors, researchers, medical interns / residents, graduate students, healthcare professionals (co-medicals), and medical students include:
- Admission to all scientific sessions
- Admission to the exhibition
- Program and abstract booklet (These will be provided on-site)
- Coffee breaks and lunches
- Welcome Reception (June 28)
- Gala Dinner (June 29)
- Certificate of Attendance
The registration fees for accompanying persons include:

Step 1. Create your Mypage
| 1) | To register, please click on Conference Registration & Hotel Reservation at the bottom of this page. |
| 2) | Please read Privacy Policy and Processing of Personal Data of Customers in EU carefully and make sure you click the check boxes for your agreement. |
| 3) | In the section Personal Data, please enter your name, affiliation, home/business address, phone number, and email address. Click “Next” and verify your information, and then click “Confirm”. |
| 4) | You will receive a confirmation email from the website once your registration is verified. Your ID and password will be required to login to your Mypage. |
Step 2-1. Apply for GOIW 2019 registration

If you are continuing from Step 1. Create your Mypage: Click Mypage on the Registration Completed screen, and apply for the conference on the application page. |

If you already have a Mypage: Login to your Mypage and apply for the conference on the application page. |
| 1) | Click Registration. |
| 2) | Select your Registration Category and enter your information in the blanks. |
| 3) | Once you have filled in the application, please verify the information and click Submit. |
| 4) | Once your application is completed, you will receive a notification email with your application details. |
Step 2-2. Make a hotel reservation

If you are continuing from Step 2-1. Apply for GOIW 2019 registration: Click Mypage on the Registration Completed screen. |

If you logged out of your Mypage: Login to Mypage with your ID and password. |
| 1) | Click Hotel Accommodations on Mypage. |
| 2) | Select the hotel you would like to stay at and click Next. |
| 3) | Please verify the reservation details and click Submit. |
| 4) | Once your reservation is completed, you will receive a notification email with your application details. |
Step 3. Make Payment
All payments must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) with a credit card through the online system or by bank transfer.
| [1] | Credit Card Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, or JCB) can be used to make payment. Payment by credit card is possible only through the online system. |
| [2] | Bank Transfer If you wish to make a payment by bank transfer, please make the payment to the account that is indicated in the confirmation email before the deadline. Please note that any bank transfer fees that you may have to pay are not included in the price. |
Privacy Policy
Regarding pre-registration and accommodation arrangements, we, GOIW2019, entrust it to the travel agency KNT and the personal information would be treated based on KNT privacy policy.
Please note that personal information entered into the registration system will not be used for purposes other than the congress. Your information will be stored in a controlled server with restricted access.
