On-Demand Streaming
We do not provide on-demand streaming for general presentations and poster sessions at this conference. There are several sessions where speakers present in English. However, most of the sessions will be held in Japanese.

Registration for the Annual Meeting
Please register online in advance.
Although you can register online on the day of the meeting, please register as far in advance of the meeting as possible in order to facilitate the registration process. If you register on the day of the meeting, you will need a cell phone capable of receiving registration reply e-mails (for showing QR code at the registration desk). Please note that we will not accept cash for the onsite registration at the registration desk.
No refunds will be made for cancellations after registration.

- Pre-Congress Seminar will be held in Japanese.
- Name cards will be issued at the registration desk on the day of the event.
- To issue name cards, you will need a QR code registration confirmation form which will be sent to the e-mail address you specified at the time of registration.
- Card folders for name cards will be available at the registration desk.
- Please note that no refunds will be made for cancellations after registration.

We accept credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Diners Club).
* We do not accept payments other than online credit card payments.
Registration for Luncheon Seminar
The luncheon seminar registration will start in the beginning of August.
To registration for the luncheon seminar will incur a fee of 1,000 yen (tax included / as payment for a boxed lunch).
Registration email address (ID) and password
The e-mail address and password you registered will be used to log in to My Page. From My Page, you can edit your registration information and issue a registration confirmation (QR code).
Name Cards, Certificates of Participation, and other issued materials

- Please scan your QR code at the registration desk to pick up your name card.
*If you register for the Luncheon Seminar, the information will be printed on this name card. - Certificate of Participation
- Please note that certificates of participation will be available for issuance from Thursday, September 7 to Tuesday, October 31. Prior to the due date, the registration confirmation will be available.
Only digital versions will be issued. Please note that paper copies will not be issued or mailed.
Modification or change of registration information
Registration information can be modified or changed from My Page.
Your registered e-mail address and password must be the one you have set yourself.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of double registrations or refunds will not be accepted for any reason after payment has been completed. Please note that once payment has been made, any changes involving a change in the amount of money will not be accepted.
