Important Precautions
- Presenters are required to register in advance prior to abstract submission.
- You can only register on-site once the advance registration period is closed.
- Advance registration is completed only after the payment. If you do not pay the fee by April 15 (Fri), your advance registration will be cancelled and you have to register on site.
- Only registered participants wearing a name badge will be allowed access to the session rooms.
- The registration fees cannot be refunded for any reason, including requests for registration category change (example: Regular > Graduate Student, Graduate Student > Student, etc.). No exceptions.

Part 1: Anti-aging Concert
Date & Time: June 11 (Sat) 18:15-onwards
Venue: 1F Main Hall, Conference Center, PACIFICO Yokohama
Some ever-youthful male artists who are also pioneers of "anti-aging practice" will entertain attendees by holding a concert. Attendees are sure to enjoy their powerful performance and singing voices. Who are these artists?! Only JAAM members will know their identities via an announcement a few days before the conference.
Part 2: Social Gathering

Venue: 3F Ballroom, InterContinental Yokohama Grand

Important Information Regarding Registration
| 1) | Students (including graduate students) Students are required to submit a photocopy of their student ID to the Registration Desk by e-mail (jaam2016@anti-aging.gr.jp) or fax (+81-3-6402-2601). |
| 2) | Program and Abstract Book Those who have pre-registered will receive their complimentary program and abstract book at the on-site reception desk. On-site registrants can avail of the printed copy for 2,000 JPY. |
| 3) | Participation in the Special Presidential Program Registrants to the Special Presidential Program will receive their entrance pass together with their conference badge at on-site reception desk. Attendance to the Special Presidential Program only is not allowed (accompanying person registration is also not available). For those who wish to participate, please register for the Special Presidential Program in addition to your conference registration. |

Non-payment of the registration fee by the pre-registration due date (Friday, April 15, 2016) will cancel your registration. For credit card payments, a charge that has not been completed will also lead to registration cancellation.
Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable.

Registration Confirmation Notice
Your registration confirmation notice will be sent upon confirmation of payment.
After registration and payment of the registration fee, you will be sent an email of your registration confirmation notice together with your registration ID. Please check this email.
Please make sure to provide the correct email address when registering online.
Receipt
The receipt is attached to the proof of participation to be distributed on-site. Please note that we will not issue a receipt in advance.
