APSCI2019

Applications for visas are solely your own responsibility. Please be sure to apply with sufficient time. Visitors from some countries must obtain a visa prior to their trip to be able to travel to Japan.

Process and invitation letters

Please check whether you need a visa from this website provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA). If your nationality is listed on the "Exemption of Visa (Short-Term Stay)", you do not need a visa for the short-term entry to Japan. If your nationality is not listed, please follow the instruction below.

Please complete your pre-registration for the APSCI2019. A Registration ID Number will be issued after the registration.

Please download and complete the following form.

Please send the form and "COPY of YOUR PASSPORT" with your "Registration ID Number" to the APSCI 2019 Registration Desk (apsci2019@or.knt.co.jp) by 25 October, 2019. We do NOT guarantee the issuance of visa supporting documents if you send your forms after 25 October, 2019.

APSCI 2019 Registration Desk will prepare the visa supporting documents ("Letter of Reason for Invitation", "Letter of Guarantee", "Schedule of Stay" and "Invitation Letter") based on your documents submitted and start sending the visa supporting documents.

Please go to the Japanese Embassy or Consulate in your country in person for visa application soon after you receive the visa supporting documents.

1.		Please complete your pre-registration for the APSCI2019. A Registration ID Number will be issued after the registration.
2.		Please send your "COPY of YOUR PASSPORT" and your "Registration ID Number" to the APSCI 2019 Registration Desk (apsci2019@or.knt.co.jp) by 25 October, 2019. We do NOT guarantee the issuance of visa supporting documents if you send your forms after 25 October, 2019. Also, please inform us with the company that are sponsoring your visit.
3.		We will issue an "Invitation Letter (PDF file)" and send it to you by email.

*	Please refer to the MOFA website for further information about visa application. If you are not sure whether you need to require a visa to enter Japan, please check with the nearest Japanese Embassy or Consulate in your country.

Personal Information Protection

Personal information including "Passport information" and "contact addresses" provided in your VISA application for APSCI2019 shall be used for the purpose of contact from the secretariat and issuance of VISA related documents.
Visa application has been commissioned to KNT-CT Global Travel. Co., Ltd. in order to facilitate operations management.
As a Congress Secretariat of APSCI2019, MediProduce, Inc., shall handle personal information in accordance to its Privacy Policy and ensure proper management.
